Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime up to 48 hours before your appointment through the booking site. Cancellations within the 48 hour period must be done by contacting me and will be charged a late cancel fee of $100. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged the full price of the appointment booked. Habitual last minute cancellations may result in removal as client.
Late Policy
Please let me know if you are going to be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late it may result in cancellation of your appointment and a late-cancel/no-show charge or receiving a lesser service (only if time still allows). If receiving a lesser service, you will still be charged the full price of the appointment booked.
Sick Policy
If you are sick, have been sick, or have been around anyone who is sick or has been sick recently (COVID or otherwise), please reschedule your appointment.
Gel Only Policy
I work exclusively with gel products. If you are a new client and you have nail enhancements on, removal is included in the pricing, however I can only remove gel. I cannot remove acrylic/dip as I have an extreme allergy. If you have acrylic/dip on your nails, please plan ahead to have it removed prior to your appointment. If you’re not sure, a good rule of thumb is- if it’s powder, it’s acrylic (yes, dip is acrylic).
Guests
To ensure the best experience, kids and guests are not recommended.
Pets
There are two resident shop dogs (lil chihuahua mixes) who will be at your appointment. They love people but since the appointment times don’t allow for formal dog introductions, no additional dogs will be allowed at this time. If you are allergic to dogs, please let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate if possible.
Pricing
Prices listed are all inclusive. Art is determined based on time allotted. There is no extra charge for removal, repair, or reshaping- these simply factor in to the overall time of your appointment. Please note that longer nails take more time to do, so if you have long nails, make sure to schedule accordingly for art (check out examples here).
Rescheduling/Appointment Changes
Please be mindful of rescheduling due to limited appointment availability. Habitual rescheduling may result in removal as a regular client. If you wish to make changes to your appointment (upgrading or downgrading time), please do so in advance. Changes are not permitted less than 48 hours in advance and you will be charged for the original appointment time booked.
